Policies
We have a strict return policy for online purchases, as many of our items are one-of-a-kind and small batch. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for approval. Only approved items will be accepted for return and they must be in new, unused, unworn condition. Do not return items without prior approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a return item is received back and NOT in new condition, just as received, it will be the buyers expense to pay for return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and will incur a 15% restocking fee plus repayment of original shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All sales made in person are non-refundable.
Custom Designs, Custom Orders, or Made-to-Order Items are all final sale and non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is damaged or in need of repair (not from normal wear/personal use) - contact KLS Designs within 1 week of purchase for repair information.
KLS Designs is not responsible and does not warranty any goods, including leather goods, against personal use and general wear, including but not limited to: damage caused by water, excessive heat exposure, rubbing, scratches, scuffs or peeling, or any other damage from personal use.
In the event the item has an issue, please message me directly and I will evaluate it on a case by case basis.
There are no refunds on lost or stolen items. KLS Designs is not responsible for items lost or stolen via mailing/shipping. If an item is marked as delivered, KLS Designs is not responsible for a replacement or refund if lost or stolen.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as custom or special orders, personalized items, and all custom Award Pillows, Halter Pillows). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items paid using Shop Pay (payments) are final sales and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email first to start the exchange process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**If package becomes lost in route, please allow at least 20 days after ship date for it to arrive, then contact me. I will work with you to locate your package however no refunds or replacements will be sent until after this period of time. Please message me with any questions!
Event/In Person Purchases
Any item purchased in person or at any event (fairs, rodeos, craft or vendor shows, etc), are considered All Sales Final.
